Postal entries must be received on or before to guarantee a first round pairing.
If Pre-registering by mail: in addition to payment, we must receive by mail the player's Full Name, USCF ID#, Expiration Date, e-mail, phone or street address, in case we need to contact you. If a scholastic tournament, you will also need to include the grade & school of each player.
